Terms & Conditions – Course Participants

By ticking the box and completing your payment via Stripe or PayPal, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Access to the Course

• You are purchasing access to a video course created and owned by Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd.

• The course includes educational content, tools, and templates designed to support your property journey.

• Your access is for personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute any part of the course, tools, or templates.

• You may not share your login details or provide access to the course to any other person.

• Breaching these conditions may result in termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

2. Intellectual Property Protection

• All course materials, including videos, documents, checklists, questionnaires, tools, and templates, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd retains full ownership of all content.

• You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or share any materials without written permission.

• Any unauthorised use may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.

3. Referral Program

• You will receive a unique referral link and code after purchase.

• When someone signs up using your code, they receive $40 off the course price, and you receive $40.

• Referral payments are made to the same account you used to purchase the course, unless updated and verified.

• Payments are made within 14 days after the referred customer’s payment has fully cleared and is not subject to refund or dispute.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may share your referral link and code with others, provided you do so honestly and in good faith.

• You must not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or deceptive claims about the course.

• Spam tactics, unsolicited mass messaging, impersonation of Exclusive Buyers Academy, or paid advertising that uses our brand name without permission are prohibited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Referral payments may be withheld or cancelled if we suspect:

• self-referrals

• referral exchanges or coordinated groups

• fake or disposable accounts

• public posting of codes in coupon sites

• misleading or deceptive promotion

• unusual referral patterns (e.g., high-volume sign-ups in a short period, repeated failed payments, mismatched customer details)

• use of stolen payment methods or fraudulent activity

6. Payment Conditions

• Referral payments are only made for genuine, completed purchases.

• If a referred customer requests a refund or disputes the payment, the referrer will not receive the payout.

• If a payment is later reversed due to fraud or dispute, Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd may recover or cancel the associated referral payout.

• Payout details must reasonably match the affiliate’s identity. Verification may be required before funds are released.

• Referral earnings are not guaranteed. Your results depend on your own promotional activity and audience.

• You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes owed on referral income in their jurisdiction.

7. Refund Policy

• By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read the course description and agree that the content meets your expectations.

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with content, change of mind, or failure to achieve desired outcomes.

• If you experience technical issues accessing the course, please contact us promptly so we can assist.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The course is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or property investment advice.

• Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd makes no guarantees about your property outcomes or financial success.

• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

• Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from property purchases, financial decisions, or use of the course materials.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the course platform. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occur.

9. Communication and Updates

• By signing up, you agree to receive course-related communications, updates, and occasional promotional offers.

• You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

• Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd may update these terms from time to time.

• Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future purchases and referrals.

11. Termination of Access

• If you breach these terms, Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd may revoke your access to the course without refund.

• Serious breaches (e.g., sharing content, misusing referral codes, or fraudulent activity) may result in legal action.
